The following resources are specific to current PMFs. Fellows should check with their Agency PMF Coordinator for any other documents/forms to use at their appointing agency. OPM Form 1306, PMF Appointment Intake Form This is an optional form that Finalists can use for initial appointments or updates, or Fellows to use for updates and reappointments. Sample PMF Rotation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) This is a sample MOU for Fellows and agencies to use when performing a rotation (e.g., developmental assignment or rotation).
